Good law. More states should follow Texas’ example.

The doctor quit because at his age, 75, the inconvenience of waiting 24 hours (having to return the next day based on distance) to show the woman her ultrasound (making possible for her to change her mind once she views the ultrasound of her baby), proved to be an inconvenience to him.

“Williams says Poch didn’t stop doing abortions because he had a change of heart on abortion, but said, “He quit because of the inconvenience pressed upon him by a change in the law.”

At his age, maybe he should be thinking more about his standing with God than about Texas law.

A law passed by Republican legislature over almost unanimous opposition by the Democrats in the legislature .A law signed by a republican governor who last election beat a pro-abortion democrat who would have likely vetoed the bill. So much for republicans paying only lip service to stopping abortion
