Abortion Practitioners Charged With Murder Face Extradition

Elkton, MD – Two abortion practitioners who have been charged with murder in the deaths of viable unborn children in a two-state operation aimed at avoiding late-term abortion laws will face extradition hearings on Tuesday.

There has to be a national database. If a doctor loses his license in one state, he/she should not be allowed to move from state to state to practice. Of course, it’s a simple matter to check the licensure of any medical professional on line before granting permission to practice in another state. And they knew this was going on since 1994? Unbelievable.

If it were up to me, I’d heap on enough charges in every state they practiced in so that life in prison would be their only option. A clever prosecutor could find additional charges to keep these two in prison forever, if murder does not automatically impose a life sentence without possibility of parole. I can also think of at least 3 other charges that could be added – failure to properly dispose of a body, failure to report a death and failure to report the disposal of the bodies of these children.
