I just don’t understand how someone can go to an abortion clinic for counseling. They’ll be counseled right into getting one.

She needs to contact a Crisis Pregnancy Center. Get in contact with an adoption agency and give that child a chance, with a couple who will really love him or her. That’s the answer. This child may be a burden to her, but definitely a blessing to a couple who can not conceive.
