Abortion really that bad?

Abortion is murder, pure and simple. We are all obliged to educate ourselves on Catholic morality, and now you are educated. It is a grave sin to kill another human being, especially one that is completely helpless and vulnerable.

Okay fine everyone I’m sorry I even asked this question . Sorry

The right to life is the most basic of principles of Catholic social teaching. There are many things that are gray areas in living a Catholic life, but murder is not one of those. So you can expect strong answers to this question–because it is the truth. Both Mosaic law and Jesus spoke forcefully against murder.

We don’t murder a baby by ripping it to pieces or burning off its skin because its father gravely sinned. If too difficult for the mama to raise baby, it should be put up for adoption.

There is actually at least one saint who, the story goes, was a rape baby. Since in previous eras rape and incest were hidden, and the definition of “rape” was much narrower than it is today, it is likely we have had many people throughout history who were rape babies and went on to lead decent or even awesome lives.

I think I’ve done enough of that for a while .
There is no one like you, never has been and never will be ever again. God created you, one off, no duplicate. Willful abortion destroys that miracle.

Well, based on what you’re saying, you have a lot of questions and he’s the most qualified to give you answers.

But then I wouldn’t be able to face him because he would think I’ll of me because abortion is bad

The priest’s job is to teach, counsel, forgive sins, bind wounds, heal, all in the Name of Jesus. Be not afraid. Be healed. Peace.

What if, in the case of having to choose between the mother and the baby? I mean, the doctor clearly confirmed that it’s impossible for both to survive, it’s either the mother or the baby. What does the Church have to say about this?

Btw, I’m just asking out of pure curiosity, and I’d appreciate any feedback on this matter. Thank you. 😊

PS. @Izzy1, you are in my prayer. GOD bless!
