The story says that "too often…children conceived in rape or incest are treated by politicians as ‘bargaining chips.’ “ However, aren’t babies *younger *than 20 weeks also being used as “bargaining chips” in this bill? Let’s not take our eye off the goal where ALL babies, including those at the moment of fertilization, have a right to life.
