About healing...

Reminds me of two doubts i’ve always had during charismatic ministering sessions:

1. why does the Holy Spirit land so obviously only on those outwardly preparing to receive Him (i’ve yet to see any person doing the ministering suddenly resting in the Spirit)
2. why does no one ask for restoration of 20/20 vision… and received it? The healings always seem to target areas within the body…
   So what are your thoughts?

Another question: why do the charismatics insist on some outward sign of worshiping God (standing up, raising hands, loud voices, etc.)? I doubt it’s impossible to worship Him while lounging around quietly with hands in pocket…
