About the Cardinals that will elect the new Pope

I suppose some of the Cardinals that elected Pope Benedict XVI are over 80 now and cannot participate in the Conclave; and other have died.

Can anyone tell me please how many of the Cardinals that elected Pope Benedict XVI will participate in the election of his succesor?

And also where can I find a web site with the pictures and biographies of the Cardinals that will actually participate in the Conclave?
