About to be received into the church

Please pray that I will be a good catholic I am going to received into the church tomorrow (was Methodist and still love all my other Christian brothers an sisters) but want the real presence, did my first confession on Wednesday and raring to go!! Xx
 
Prayers.

Please, get involved with your parish. That first year after you come in can be difficult, having a real parish family will help!
 
Welcome home! How exciting for you! I will pray that you continue to grow and learn about the faith and that you find solid companions in the Church to help you along the way. The Catholic Church will definitely be a different expression of your faith in Jesus but I can understand your emotion for your Methodist family. Hopefully to you can continue a good relationship with them! They are your brothers and sisters in Christ! I hope this Easter is a celebration in the highest form for you. I will be praying for you and cheering for you at mass way out here! Congratulations! I’m so happy for you.
