About to go on a brief trip

My family is about to go on a brief trip, and in addition to prayers for a good and safe journey, I need prayers for a few things I’m struggling with at the moment:

In addition to struggling with detaching myself from exterior things, I’m having a very hard time struggling with this habitual venial sin (there’s probably more than one, this is the one I know the most and am struggling with the hardest at the moment) and I’m scared of falling into mortal sin because of it. I need prayers that I can overcome this venial sin and stop doing it.

The second thing I’m struggling with, is that I’m still frustrated with my parents for not being able talk to them about various things and I’m being in the car with them opens the door to both opportunities and risks. I need to prayers that I can deal this frustration, and that good, rather than ill happens on our journey.

I pray that God makes your trip go smoothly, without any complications. May He also make you victorious over your sin and may He bless you to be able to cope with your parents. Amen.
 
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.

Have a safe journey.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

I’m struggling a lot at the moment, please pray for me.
