Abuses and the mass-How far is too far?

You only have a Sunday Mass at noon? That’s certainly unusual – has your priest ever indicated why?
 
Seems to be that, occasionally, priests enjoy being the “STAR” of the Mass. Some like to grandstand and improvise. Even with homilies, I hear more priests say throughout “I, I, I” and “me, me, me.” It tends to get old.
 
Oops, I meant DAILY mass, we have Three
masses for the Lord’s day!!
 
Ok—then not sure I see the problem. If lunch is late, you skip Communion. Or Mass.
 
Surely there’s a parish in your area that is free of liturgical abuse. Is there a cathedral within the area? Cathedrals are usually pretty safe.

Do you care to explain how you think the EF is so much better since you have never been to one, although you claim to be SSPX?

That’s what I do, since I asked my priest for
a dispensation of the 1 hr. fast due to the nature
of the problem and he refused to give it.
P.S. I fast lunch on my fast days so that I can
take communion!!

Do you believe God views those masses as less than a mass that is " by the book" 100 percent? I doubt it.
 
what if the priest asks every one to stand during the consecration of the Eucharist? And everyone does it?
 
Well, it depends.
If the priest does not intend to deviate from the rubrics, no harm, no foul.
If the priest does intend to deviate from the rubrics, why? By doing that, he essentially says “I know better than the Magisterium, instituted by Christ.” So, while God does not view the Masses themselves as any less of a Mass, the priest disrespects the rightful authority of the Church.
 
I’ve come to believe so by studying and being sure the tridentine mass expresses the catholic faith more perfectly (not saying the Novus Ordo doesnt, but it isnt as good)
 
The cathedral is way far as in: a different city, and i dont have a car so everything beyond what i can go on my feet is off limits
