Hello Everyone,

My wife bought a drink for a 20 year old coworker at a work party with my credit card. She didn’t see anything wrong with it, I expressed that didn’t appreciate it because she is under age. However, I did not stop the purchase because I didn’t want to make an awkward situation. I believe I committed a sin by association with the sin. Please help, I am not going to receive communion because of this. God bless.
 
I am scrupulous and Definitely going to ask a priest, however, I don’t know whether or not Me and my wife should receive communion for mass tomorrow. Yes I know this is a super scrupulous question. But thank you so much.
 
We are not allowed to engage in discussion with those who are questioning things that relate to their scruples. We could cause you harm.

Please ask your priest. Your wife will need to have her own conversation with her priest, you cannot decide this for her.
