I think maybe he had defiant public attitude and a more remorseful private side. Anyway, it is up to God to make the final judgement. If the bishop had not called for prayers, I doubt if Father would have gotten anywhere near him.

Who judging?
I just remember the news reports were pretty adamant that he was nota bit repentant.

I had heard just the opposite. He had no desires for appeals, but it was not long after his execution that the story of his reversion came out.
 
I truly hope he repented. I hate to think of anyone losing their soul for eternity. I also enjoyed hearing about the twin priests and how their grandmother taught them about forgiveness. Thank you very much. God bless you always.
