“Don’t let anything rob you of the joy of the Gospel. Dare to be of good cheer,” a sister of this order says as they have faced a terrible threat. The government has sought to make them pay for abortion-causing drugs, sterilizations and contraceptives through the Obamacare mandate. If they refuse to pay, they will have to pay huge fines that will destroy them.They have been seeking to avert this fate through the courts, with years of uncertainty. How have the sisters faced years of this threat? She says as this has occurred “the sisters find joy and peace in following Christ and serving those in need.”
