Can anybody recommend a free accountability software that will track and send all of the websites you’ve visited to your accountability partner?

For those who might not know: an accountability software is basically a computer program that will track the websites you’ve visited and send a list of those websites to someone of your choice. The idea behind it is that it helps one overcome and avoid pornography by having someone voluntarily monitor the websites you visit.

So any recommendations?
 
I was the accountability partner for my friend, he used x3watch
