"accpeting" other religions?

Well one thing to consider when deciding to respect others of other faiths…

1. we are all created in the likness of God, do you think God doesn’t love them?

• If you have your doubts with 1), read the book of Jonah and reconsider 1)

1. these people do seek God, maybe they’re on the wrong path but they do seek god. They are responding to Gods call in the best way they know how.
2. This is the cool one - It has been suggested, and I do believe that God has planted sign posts to the truth in all major religions. Sign posts which point to Christ.

Here’s one example of point 3. By tradition, the 3 magi which visited Christ, Mary & Joseph at the Naitivity are Zoroastrians. Now the reason why these people noticed the star of bethlaham has to do with a prophisy made in their faith. Their faith’s founder predicted that a devine child would be born, and that a new star in the heavens would mark the birth of this child. These Zoroastrain magi were searching the skys for this new star, and came upon the star of bethleham. When they found it they sought out the babe.

Further, by tradition these same magi survived until after the death of Christ. One of the apostles (I forget which sadly) would come to their city evangalizing Christendom. The Apostle was met with great success when these magi came forward as witnesses to the divine nature of Christ’s birth. Further, they promptly coverted to Christianity them selves after the Apostles visit.
