Dear Friends: In Christ

Join me in prayer so that we can be united
to the Blessed Sacrament in this time of separation.

Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus,
I believe that You are present
in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all else,
and I desire to receive You
into my soul.

Because I cannot at this
moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

Dear Jesus
I worship you and miss seeing you at mass. I miss seeing the faithful gathered .

Please accept my spiritual communion as I cannot live without you in my soul. Lamb of God take away the sins of the world have mercy on me.

I wish, my Lord and my God, to receive You with the purity, humility and love with which your Most Holy Mother received You, and with the fervor and spirit of the Saints.
