Adam and Eve had sanctifying grace and did not have disordered tendencies. This means that they did not have the human inclinations that could lead to things like sexual sins of the body. But they did not have right ordered mental tendencies which means they could have pride and other things and could chose badly which they did.
This also shows that the Blessed Virgin Mary had much more grace than Eve to make the right choices.
