You are missing the point! The teachings of the Church are summarised in the Catechism of the Catholic Church - infallible, non-infallible, and also disciplines.
Nowhere in the CCC does it say which teachings are infallible or non-infallible.
THE CHURCH DOES NOT HAVE A LIST OF INFALLIBLE AND NON-INFALLIBLE TEACHINGS.
If you think such list exists (and the list you posted is NOT a Church document) please direct all of us to an official Church list.
The only list people sometimes refer to is one by Dr. Ludwig Ott but that is not an official Church document and it is not authorised by the Church.
