There is one thing I can think of, that both of you do have in common…Carcharodon carcharias! :bigyikes:
As far as my one fault…:hmmm:I can’t think of any…😉

Peace, Mark
Could using big, Latin words, where Great White Shark, would have sufficed, count as a fault? 😉 Now Google got at least 2 more ‘hits’ out of this
Had to Google that one… big White Teeth looking at me,
Code:
and I'm a swimmer at the caliber of a concrete block..
I love to paddle in the sea, water that comes just above my knees is the deepest I go…but, give me a swimming pool and I’ll swim and swim and swim.

When I was about 12 or 13 I went swimming in the Pacific for the first time. On the way out, I stepped on a jellyfish. THAT HURT!!! Fortunately, not a toxic or poisonous one, just very painful for a while (a week or so). Since then, I go out on the ocean (or used to) for Marlin, Tuna and Mahi Mahi fishing, and restrict my swimming to the pools. I was in only a few inches of water near shore when it happened. I’ve always been a fairly good swimmer, but sure don’t like jellyfish! Didn’t even know about sharks coming near shore back then. Now, I just stay out of the ocean water. I learned to swim the old fashioned way – some boys threw me into a river (about twice as deep as I was tall) when I was about 7 yrs. old, and it was sink or swim, so I really learned to swim in a hurry! Learned how to do it properly over the years. I live one block from an Olympic sized pool at our Recreation area. Last time I went swimming there was about 20 yrs. ago. Too many ladies sitting around in fancy swim suits with tans like well cured leather, and me as pale as a ghost. Stopped going. Might try it again next summer, as it’s supposed to be helpful for the crippled leg I got from an injury in 2010. We’ll see. Will use artificial tanning cream to look tanned before I go next time!

I am far too impatient.

I have very little fortitude for small talk.

I secretly wish that everyone would just follow my advice, already! 😃 (as I clearly know best…)

I try to do too much on my own, especially at work, because I am not strong enough to tell other people to pitch in and take more responsibility.

I often have to figure things out analytically with people, especially their tolerance levels of this or that. There’s always too little or too much from me, never just about right. This is especially true with women, but happens with men too.

I dislike people that do not avail themselves to conversation…

Is it rudeness ? Are the people around them beneath there intelligence ?

Is it shyness yet they happily chat to a manager ?

Could be tired or smitten. I’ve talked back at prickly judges, but a beautiful woman can sometimes make me solemn and silent. At other times I just can’t put together a coherent sentence due to the mental strain associated with much work and little sleep. A combination of the foregoing can even make me look like a dumb klutz on some days, I guess.

I think its a common big city thing really. People seem to feel they have to save their conversation for their close circle otherwise their words might run out or something. I was born in a country town and even though I live in the capital, I can pick a country town person out of a crowd. They are much more generous with their conversations by far.

I have, and I’m sure most people have come across people like this particular lady.
We are just school cleaners for goodness sake… Iv worked in factories and sales offices
And restaurants ( silent. Partner. ) and there not that uncommon… Some people are just like that… But why ?

And yes country people are far more approachable , you can the boy out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the boy… That me,wish I could get a couple hundred acres,🙂

Not being awesome enough. I know there’s another plain of awesomeness that I can reach.

Pride for sure. I refuse to ever ask for help.
I can be overly critical of myself (and only myself) and demand unrealistic expectations.
Perfectionist complex.
Impatient.
I see vulnerability as a fault, so I keep many walls up. (I understand that’s not true but it’s hard for me to practice that).

Pray for me to improve and I certainly will do the same for you all.

Well....it's good to see your not in denial ..... At least you can face up to your own faults..
And are willing to become more humble…
I have found being humble is incredibly rewarding,

Absolutely. Humility is pride’s counterpart so I try to practice that…it’s getting better for sure.
And I live in LA where traffic is horrendous so I actually work on my tolerance level there. I give praise for the traffic for teaching me patience. Silly but it actually is pretty effective for me. :o

I guess driving through Traffic could be a type of therapy .....
The Traffic where you are would be far more chaotic than here in Brisbane…
But lunatic drivers would be the same everywhere, I leave for work at 4.20 a.m each morning, and I drive a small G.M. Van, which has a small motor and I drive at just under
100 k’s per hour, 60 mph … And everyone drives faster than me… But ultimately…
I catch them at traffic lights, I find it has a calming effect on me…why rush, you still get there the same time,
Good luck.....:)

My one fault is lying about my faults. 😛

Actually, hmmm…where do I start?

I can be short tempered, whiny, impatient, scrupulous, lazy, a tendency to go on profanity laced tirades (although usually just to myself), constantly late, and many other things.

I’m very insecure over whether people love me or not.

I swear a lot.

I get angry way too quickly when somebody is always interrupting me or nagging me.

I’m jealous over things that I don’t have and wish I had.

I have too many self-defeating thoughts.

i used to try to make people laugh by saying funny comments. After seeing how people got annoyed at me for doing so and how I got annoyed at a friend for doing the same thing but in a mena spirtied manner,

I feel that I need to repress myself from talking to people in order to not look like a doofus.

I’m rather insecure about human sexuality and I’m scared of getting hurt
