I haven’t read this whole thread, so forgive me if this is a repetition of someone else’s views.

Why is the solution excluding homosexuals? Shouldn’t we at least consider getting rid of “schools full of men”?

That appears to be the cause of the problem. I read something the other day about “transitional homosexuality” about homosexual behavior by heterosexual men when they are in “schools full of men.” After they graduate, they return to heterosexual behaviors, often in the aberrant patterns they learned in seminary. Excluding homosexuals might defuse this phase some, but probably not eliminate it.

I do not have any alternatives to offerl it just seems like the problem lies in the “schools of men,” not in the homosexual men.

Culture is a stew, not a steak. If it were a steak, you simply send the steak back and order something else.
But it’s a stew, and that stew includes
Celibacy
Homosexuality
All male
Power
Money
Secrecy
Access to vulnerable young males in seminaries and parishes.

Which of those is best to change? Which can be changed?
Which factors will actually enrich the culture, and not merely invite a police state fingerprinted mentality?
Which factors can be changed that actually might leaven all the other factors and start the healing?
