we have had custody of my niece for almost 6 years. No contact from her parents. We are in the process of adopting. Need pray.
 
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Lord, I pray for Betsy and her soon-to-be adopted daughter, and her husband. May their child find herself in a home filled with all the love and happiness a girl could neeed, and may her parents find strength and support in the Blessed Sacrament to bring up this girl like St. Joseph and Mary did with the child Jesus. Lord, bless their home and bring them many happy days together in union with You, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

I agree 🙂 This must be at the same time both a heartache and a joyful blessing. Will pray that all works out if it be God’s will. So hoping for you! 😃
