May I ask, which do you prefer when it comes to Adoration: Jesus exposed in the Blessed Sacrament or Jesus Hidden in the tabernacle?

I ask because I’ve done both–and will most certainly continue to do so!–but for some reason I find Him irresistable in the tabernacle. I’m not sure why this is. . . I mean, I know He can see me, whether He’s exposed in the Blessed Sacrament or not. 😉 So I seek out a time most every weekend where I can be with Him, hidden in the tabernacle. For some reason, I find my time with Him hidden is much more productive than when He’s exposed in the Blessed Sacrament in formal Adoration.

So, may I ask which Adoration you prefer, and why?

I would not say ‘hidden’ but safely secured allowing more hours for adoration and less fear that mischief can happen.

Reposed is the term you are looking for. While Jesus Christ sacramentally present in the Blessed Sacrament my be adored when exposed in either a monstrance or a ciborium, I’m not sure that “adored” is the correct word to use when the Blessed Sacrament is reposed in the tabernacle…
