Adoration of the Kings

My brother is in Peru right now and the locals are celebrating “Adoration of the Kings”. That sounds like Epiphany… but a bit late. Anyone have any insight?
 
There is the feast of Epiphany and then there is this fiesta around Jan. 20. I’m not sure if this is the case but it seems to be a celebration particular to Cusco.
