Hi! I posted the Philip’s Fast thread and as I wrote in there, we were told Mondays is also a day including Wednesdays and Fridays.:confused:
 
The current requirement as promulgated, for Ruthenians, is Wed & Friday fast and abstinence from meat, from the feast of St. Phillip (last week) to the Nativity of the Lord. More is encouraged.

Just thought I`d add I understand the fasting requirements as in the above post.🙂
