Advice for Anointing of the Sick

I’ve never received this sacrament before. I’m going to on Sunday. Are there any sources I can read to prepare for it spiritually? I don’t want to just show up or receive an actual sacrament unworthily. I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
 
Just my opinion, but the fact that you care enough to ask this tells me you wouldn’t be receiving unworthily. I would try to approach the sacrament in the spirit of full trust and surrender to God, so whatever helps you achieve that, be it a Rosary, Adoration, or even just an Act of Surrender beforehand.

I don’t think you need to prepare any differently than you do for receiving communion and/or confession.
