I’d be more interested in the advice those in Hell could give us.
 
Since they are separated from the Body of Christ, and thus can not communicate with us, here on earth or, hopefully, in heaven, then I would assume the only way to give them advice is to go to hell, also.

Giving advice assumes that one might change something based on that advice. However, we don’t know how time (the measure of that which changes) after death works, and so it’d be hard to speculate.

Communication with damned souls, either human or angelic, wouldn’t seem prudent, as we know that their wills do not correspond to God’s will, and indeed Satan is called the Father of Lies.
