Advice/Prayers for my Sister

My sister is visiting me for the first time since I moved away from where she lives. We have a very close relationship and talk about everything. She is 22 (13 years younger than me). Anyway, this afternoon she and her fiance broke up and she is really bummed. They were engaged to be married in May and have been together for almost 3 years.

Now, this is REALLY a GOOD thing since:
  1. He is not catholic and will never be nor would he allow their children to be.
  2. He is controlling.
  3. He has a gambling problem.
  4. His priorities are completely messed up!
I think she is actually aware that this is for the best, but of course it hurts to end a relationship. (She is very sentimental so the holiday tomorrow and those upcoming aren’t helping.) Do any of you have any advice/prayer suggestions that might help her through this? She has been away from the church but is showing interest in returning. She even joined the choir at her church. yea!

I think this is an opportunity to show her that God does hear prayers and that she should trust Him and His will for her life. We talked about her being thankful that this happened now instead of after they were married. Any other thoughts?
