Please pray that I may overcome all my troubles with scrupulosity and whatever is stopping me from letting the Lord into my life

Prayer said. I also suffer suffer from scrupulosity and I was diagnosed with OCD last year. Scrupulosity is the worst way it manifests itself to me. I have gotten a lot better with the help of a spiritual director though. I have been working with one for about 5 months now. I hope you have one too and if you do not, it would do you well to seek one out. I can tell you how I got mine if you would like. Pm me anytime. I actually have peace of mine for the most part for the first time in a long time and it is great. Imagine rattling off a list of about a dozen things to your spiritual director that have been bothering you for months and hearing him tell you “Not one thing you told me is grave matter.” God bless.
 
OUR LADY OF MENTAL PEACE PRAYER

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility and
Mother of Hope,
look upon me in this time
of disquiet and weakness.
Still my restless spirit,
teach my searching heart to know
that God’s love for me
is unchanging and that the suffering
which He may will for me now
is to draw me closer to Him.
Let thy gentle peace and His —
which the world cannot give —
be always with me, that I may
be sanctified: and then:
I beseech thee
for the grace to bring this
peace to others.
Jesus, My Savior, I give myself
entirely to Thee through Mary:
