I canāt give you medical advice, but I can recommend alcohol-free beer. The range and quality have increased hugely over the past few years. Some are marketed as āalcohol freeā, ānon-alcoholicā, or ā0.0%ā, whereas others are marketed as ā0.5%ā or āup to 0.5%ā, which I believe means that they are basically alcohol free, but the manufacturing methods mean that they cannot legally be marketed as such, while those that are sold as alcohol free have a different manufacturing process that means that they contain absolutely no alcohol at all. Of course, if you are pregnant, you would probably want to err on the side of caution and opt for one that is definitively alcohol free.
