Ah im forever running to the bathroom as it is šŸ˜‚ I really dislike plain water or flavoured. Try to be careful with my dental hygiene tho šŸ™‚

I canā€™t give you medical advice, but I can recommend alcohol-free beer. The range and quality have increased hugely over the past few years. Some are marketed as ā€œalcohol freeā€, ā€œnon-alcoholicā€, or ā€œ0.0%ā€, whereas others are marketed as ā€œ0.5%ā€ or ā€œup to 0.5%ā€, which I believe means that they are basically alcohol free, but the manufacturing methods mean that they cannot legally be marketed as such, while those that are sold as alcohol free have a different manufacturing process that means that they contain absolutely no alcohol at all. Of course, if you are pregnant, you would probably want to err on the side of caution and opt for one that is definitively alcohol free.

Except that all of us need to watch out for empty calories. Fruit juice is not much better than sugar water, eating whole fruit gives you the benefit of fiber + the sugars.

Of courseā€¦I donā€™t mean a steady diet of itā€¦but at a meal I drink a glass of grape juiceā€¦I do not drink it all day.

Beer is also (whether it has alcohol or not) liquid breadā€¦

All things in moderationā€¦
