(I happen to have known 3 Jeopardy Champions and two of them had stories about ol’ Alex, but I consider one of those to be a very unreliable source. Let’s just say there are some Jeopardy champions who are quite nice and balanced, and others who are a little loose upstairs IMHO.)
 
I was sad to see that. He genuinely seemed like a nice guy, someone one would want to know.
 
This just devastates me. I was hoping he was beating it back. He was on television recently and looked fine.

I’m really distraught.

I too was heart-broken by this loss. He was a wonderful man and the world is less without him.
