All Boy Altar Serving Corp/Group/Club

Anyone,
I’ve been contemplating starting an all boy Alter Serving (Pick Name above) “Group”. I have found a model called “Knights of the Altar”.

Does anyone have experience running this type of model?
Any other suggestions?

I have nothing for you, but it sounds like a GREAT idea! Especially, and only with your local pastor’s approval.
