So… that’s your characterization of what all non-Catholics do? Are you certain about that?

I’m familiar with them. And, I’m not the one who suggests that a particular subset of magisterial documents is in error… 😉

Always a good sign, when someone laughs at the teachings of Mother Church. 😦

And this requisite faith and charity is (in) what, exactly?

I wasn’t aware I had reason to be afraid of anything.
I read the article.
Evidently you didn’t, since you literally missed the first sentence.
You posted from a Traditionalist apologetic.
No, I did not, since Archbishop Pozzo gave an interview to a secular newspaper.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE MAGISTERIUM IS?
You posted nothing approaching magisterial material.
Pardon me, but just so I know the manner of person I’m dealing with…

“In view of the pastoral nature of the Council, it avoided any extraordinary statements of dogmas endowed with the note of infallibility.”

—Bl. Pope Paul VI, General Audience of 12 January 1966

Do you acknowledge the legitimacy of this statement?

Do you know what the Magisterium is?

Yes, on that at least you are right.
Radical traditionalism is modernism run amok.
One peculiar feature of modernism is the exaltation of the individual at the expense of the community (or “ecclasia” in this conntext)
In Christianity this individualism is not confined to protestantism, it also manifests in the cafeteria Catholicism that is rampant on both the right and the left.

““I will choose what to believe, no one will tell me what to think and do””

This thread and the premises behind it are textbook demonstrations of that individualism that separates one from the Body of Christ.

Haha, “cafeteria Catholicism”…says those who infallibilize Vatican II at the expense of over 1,900 years of tradition.

Follow your own Magisterium if you wish. 😉😉😉

And with that, I’m out.

Is your last line prophetic?

If you are so deluded as to think others can’t see your subtle attacks and implications… 😉😉😉

Funny, you might be the first person to ever accuse me of subtlety. I’ll take the compliment and pray on it.
