Oh Excue me i’m not a non-Catholic either, i’m just a plain Catholic Christian.
Look so no one will get offended I used to be a nonCatholic Christian too. Some do not like the word protestant so I used non-Catholic:)

So you believe in everything and nothing, you believe studying will make you proficient in every belief, so you have no faith.
No, I am Wiccan. I just enjoy learning about other faiths because it is interesting.
Only you can answer this of course, why weren’t you called?
I was. Just not to Christianity.
Though maybe you wouldn’t know what a calling was.
Look i’m not trying to belittle your knowledge.
Appears you are.
Don’t you know that you support Satan? He’s the enemy of all Christians?
I don’t believe in nor support Satan.
Rambling.
Not quite sure of your point here. I searched for the truth and I found it. Again, my practices are unrelated to Satan.
Look at the enemys of Christianity, look at what they teach, why hate a group of people who are not denominational, though they belong to denominations? Why are they all against Christians and Jews, even if they say they aren’t?
Enemies of Christianity? Paranoid much? If they say they aren’t they probably aren’t.
Scare tactics! well with what i know i’d be scared to be you!
You don’t really know much about me at all. No reason to be scared to be me.
And i haven’t even pushed my Father in your direction, if you did know Him things wouldn’t get easier for you.
Meaning to follow your God is to make my life worse?
Still i’d like you to answer this if you have time, wish you well with your Exam even if it’s finished!
I answered (kind of) even though you appear to be suspended. Still don’t quite get the main point of your post. It appears you think that I don’t have a faith or that I am with a group of people that are anti-Christian and anti-Jew. But neither of these is true. Thanks for wishing me luck. I think I did good.

Since I am completely ignorant of wiccanism, may I ask: Is it possible to be a Christian wiccan?

I am Roman Catholic and my partner is Seventh Day Adventist. I know…what a combination! Anyway, I go to his church to be with him only. I DO NOT participate, but sit there rather respectfully. I have raised more than a few eyebrows when I take my rosary out and start praying. I have met a few nice people, but overall I find them a rather “touchy feely” bunch…they are forever trying to hug everyone! I have engaged the pastor is several spirited discussions and have learned not to be intimidated by their zeal. My only wish is that I knew more about my own faith. But I am learning !
On the flip side, I have managed to have my partner accompany me to MY church on occasion. I am not attempting to convert him. I just want his understanding how important my faith is to me. And he knows conversion is not an option for me either.
I think we should all be open to learning about other faiths. We know where "home " is!

I’m a Deist and voted feeling free to ask questions although I would go with the mutual respect too. (can’t vote both of them).

I’m new here and I’m a teenager living in Canada who finds religion really interesting and researches alot about it. I came to this forum wanting to find out more about what people believe. I researched alot before finding Deism as my current philosophy that I believe in. (I’m sure some of you know what it is, believing in an impersonal, first cause of universe god, its not a religion-no doctrine)

It may seem kinda strange that I as a 16-year-old find religion interesting and like to learn about other faiths, but I don’t care much anymore of what people think. I was once Catholic (still am in blood but no longer believe in it, haven’t since I was 9 or 10) and I have too many reasons to list about why Christianity gradually stopped making sense to me. Anyways I’ll leave it at that, I ramble too much. Bye! 😃

I am Methodist & I voted for nonjudgemental conversation, although there were several answers that would have fit me…
I just get annoyed when people say things like, “oh, Methodists don’t believe in anything”. Well, they just lost me right there! We surely do believe, & I can’t help it, my back goes right up…That conversation is over all ready.
There is this stereotype of people some times, that is not productive for anybody…I have had a Baptist minister tell me that I am not baptized Christian because I was not immersed. I lost my temper & told him that I have got as wet as I ever am going to!! (I know, not the best answer…) Or someone will tell me what I believe! (As if didn’t know what is in my own head & heart!)
I feel that this is especially bad for when it happens between Christians. I mean, I know I am not going to agree with someone that is, say Buddhist or Hindu, but that is a different thing from Christians attacking each other. When we have the same Lord in common, that seems to me to be just plain wrong.
OK, that’s my :twocents: !!

Well I have no intentions of converted, but the key to getting someone to listen to you–in any situation–is respect. I’m not just talking about religion either, but in everyday life. No one is going to listen to you when you are rude, judgemental, and/or arrogant.

That is my experience at least.

God Bless,
Elizabeth
Catholics don’t do the converting. God does.

I’m Catholic, and I enjoy learning about other faiths. Your question excludes me (why, I’m not sure; is this a marketing survey?), so I didn’t vote in the poll.

I don’t want to be preached at, nor do I want to preach. I don’t even really want to argue. I think that we can learn from people of just about every faith to do better at the things we all struggle with. I may not agree with my Buddhist friend, but I can learn a lot from him in terms of how to be compassionate, quiet, and open to hearing the voice of God.

Other people are looking for the same thing from us Catholics, I think.

I am a protestant and none of the above for me. The closest would be a mutual respect.
