All Saints Day Traditions

Other than going to Mass, are there any traditions that are often performed on All Saints Day? I’m particularly interested in ones for home and family…but would like to hear all traditions! Thank you.
 
I’ve heard of lighting a candle around dusk, and praying a Rosary for departed family members.
 
I go to a cemetery and pray for the dead in order to get the indulgence for the Holy Souls.


Families with children often do some activity involving favorite saints. One of the churches nearby has the elementary school kids dress up as their favorite saints and march into the church in procession before the evening Mass. Catholic Culture website has some family activities listed in their Activities section for the day. They also have recipes for things like All Saints Cakes under the Recipes section.
