When All Saints falls on Saturday, the precept to attend Mass is abrogated. What about the precept to rest from servile labor?

So we don’t have to go to church on Saturday?

Then I would also like to know the answer to if we should still treat this Saturday as a holy day (refraining from work, etc.)

was not aware there was a law against servile labor on a holy day of obligation (if that is your question). All Saints is still a holy day and the feast is celebrated with Mass, but the obligation to attend Mass is lifted if it falls on Saturday (if that is the ruling of the local bishops).
