A friend of mine gave me a book called “All Through Mary” apparently a woman who lives off only the Eucharist had Mary appear to her and this woman wrote down everything Our Mother said to her in this book. I want to know if anyone else knows anything about this and whether it is a legitimate account that we can believe in. (Are those really Mary’s words) Has a Cardinal or anyone spoken about this book because I’d assume it would be a big deal because it is Mary’s words to us.

Here is the website:

Supposedly this book has been printed with Ecclesiastical Permission. She speaks with the permission of her Bishop in Kent England and her spiritual director.

I’ll do some more searching, but it seems legit.

I am unaware of any Church approval for these alleged apparitions.

Hi 🙂
I hope you find a satisfactory answer to your questions

For myself, I would always see as our focus to read and to live the gospels and the Sacraments in preference to being caught up in the veracity or otherwise of private revelations. The teachings of Jesus and Sacramental living do actually provide the guidance and nourishment that our spirits really need. It doesn’t really figure whether someone lives on the Eucharist as their only food, except perhaps to the individual, if true. However, to others, much focus on apparitions and phenomenons can become a distraction from our basic responsibility “Love God above all as others as ourselves”.

Sure, apparitions and revelations can help some people and have done so…However I’m sure you agree that living the command to love God above all and others as ourselves remains as paramount concern. Nothing matters more than the gifts of the Sacraments that Jesus and the Holy Spirit give us, and the teachings that Jesus and the Spirit have given to guide us. So please don’t let the question of the veracity of any apparition or revelation bother you much.🙂 If they are valid, the message they will teach will be basically… to live the Sacraments and the commandments of love!

God’s kindest blessings to you 🙂
