All time favorite TV show?

This thread started out asking about a favorite TV show (singular) but as with all such thread, the individual posters just can’t limit their choices to one!

my all time favorite show was the X-Files.
Some of the writting was truly special.

My second favorite show hands down was Homicide Life On The Streets. I was born and raised in Baltimore and they “get” the flavor of the city. The show also had fantastic writer and great actors like Andre Braugher and Kyle Secor, they were Pemberton and Baylis.

Um, if you don’t know the Prisoner when you see it, there’s just no help for you.

Issek of the Jug on a bicycle, but that was a weird show.

HI THERE! Also was Wonder Woman,Superman too.Linda Carter was good as W.Woman in it.I dream of Jeannie was a Kool show too with Barbara Eden.👍 Sunny.🙂

Patrick McGoohan, an observant Catholic, co-created the mini series (sort of spin-off from Danger Man/Secret Agent) in part inspired by the MedievalMystery Plays–hence “EveryMan Productions”😃
 
Anyone else remember “When Days Were Rotten”, which was a comedy spoof about Robin Hood? Used to air on Monday nights. My dad and I loved that show!

Your comment reminded me of the Black Adder which I enjoyed very much. There are several other British shows I like as well. Dr. Who tops the list. Then the 1970’s series on Robin Hood. CD and Clara were great as was Fawlty Towers and Dave (Allen?) at Large.

I also liked Sir Kenneth Clarks “Civilization”. “I Claudius” and “Caedfael” (sp?) are also very good.

There it is again!!! There will come a day when I will actually sit down and watch “I, Claudius”. Sadly, I gave up television for Lent, which ought to lengthen the process.
