Allah and our God the same God?

I personally have trouble believing that the Islamic idea of God is the same god as our God. I mean, they deny belief in the Trinity so I am not sure if their god is the same god as our God. However, Jews also do not believe in the Trinity but yet they worship the same God as we do.

Your wording is a little bit confusing, and of coure, I do think, that you mean the following: The Islamic idea of God, is not the same idea of God, that is Christian, but God does not differ among peoples according to whom, and to what, they either accept, or deny. You look as if you need to find some other rationale to establish your view, that the God among Jews, and Muslims, either is the same for us, as for them, or altogether a different god.
