Why is the Church so intolerant to the issue when they allow grape juice for alcoholics and not allow substitute for wheat.
In baptism allow pouring instead of emersion etc…

I have trouble understanding your grammar, and cannot understand your question on baptism. As regards to the valid matter for Eucharist, which was instituted by Jesus Christ Himself, why would you label the Church negatively for adhering strictly to what Christ gave us? Isn’t the scriptural basis for the Eucharist good enough for you? This issue has been exhaustively, authoritatively answered on several threads, including AAA, please use the search function and read the discussion before posting this redundant question.

First, the Church does not use grape juice, but can use low alcohol wine. It’s been unleaven wheat bread and grape wine from the time of the Apostles. If this is what Jesus used, then the Church will not change it.

As for baptism, there has been pouring since Apostolic times, although immersion was the preferred way. Both are used even today.

The Catholic Church is intolerant of everything that would invalidate the actions of the Sacraments. Many people make the mistake thinking that the Church allows “grape juice” instead of wine. It does not, grape juice is invalid Matter. Hosts from which all gluten has been removed or that are made of a grain other than wheat are also invalid Matter.

In Baptism water is used as the valid Matter of the Sacrament. How it is applied is a matter of Catholic Church law.

Baptism in beer would be invalid even though it is made up I believe of 98%water, it is not water it is beer.

I have a question - how did we handle this for the last 2,000 years?
