However, I don’t think that saying that traditional Christian marriages are weakened because not everyone in England are Christians. Or so I assume! I understand the want for people to seperate between civil partnerships and marriages, but some countries have proper marriages for homosexuals (Norway being one of them as far as I remember, and that is a Lutheran country with a strong Christian population) without it weakening the overall ideals of marriage.
