Am I able to change my Confirmation Saint's name?

I received my confirmation years ago. As I look back on the Saint’s name that I have chosen, I would like to know if I am able to change and pick a different Saint? I chose a name instead of looking into the story and representation of the Saint. Is there a way where I can make this wrong into a right?! or Once I have chosen a Saint’s name and been confirmed, there’s nothing I can do?
