my first marriage was annulled by Catholic Church, I married again, but was married by a Justice of the Peace and divorced…Am I able to receive Holy Communion?
Your second marriage was outside the Church. If you did not receive a dispensation to be married outside the Church then that marriage is invalid. Because that civil marriage is ended, you would simply need to confess that you married outside the Church and could then return to communion.
