When we have a Saints Litany there are obviously new Saints like Faustina and John Paul II that aren’t on it add one of my favourites Apollonia.

Am I allowed to add them into the Litany after al the others?

Thanks.

You mean in private prayer?

I would say that is fine.

Can even make up your own for private prayer.

What do you imagine would happen to you? The prayer police would come and give you a citation? 😉
Someone composed the prayers in the first place. God delights in our sincere and impromptu prayers. God bless you dear one.

Concerning the Litany of the Saints sung at the Easter Vigil, my Saint Joseph Sunday Missal says:
The singing of the Litany of the Saints is led by cantors and may include at the proper place, names of other saints (for example, the titular of the church, the patron saints of the place or those to be baptized) or petitions suitable to the occasion.
