Am I allowed to attend this wedding?

Is there anything wrong with attending a wedding of 2 catholics that will be held somewhere other than the church. They are having a JP at a reception hall. He is catholic and was married before and divorced, not sure if there was an annulment. She is also catholic but neither are practicing catholics.
