Question in title ^

I am a Latin Rite Catholic, but could I go to any rite that is in union with Pope Benedict XVI?

You may indeed receive the sacraments at any particular, or ritual Church in communion with Rome.

These are Churches that follow a given Rite, and those Churches are in communion with Rome.

Yes you may. As the Latin Canon Law says, you may fulfill your Sunday Obligation in any Catholic Rite (ie. a Rite of a Church in communion with Rome), and you can go to confession to any Catholic priest of any Rite.

But for all other Sacraments, you cannot just receive them in a Church that you are not a canonical member. It is possible, but not straight forward.
