Many people do, and I would like to.

However, I fell out of the Church into sedevacantism…

…and came back to the Church just a few months later.

Simple…but its a good testimony.

But sedevacantism is a “banned” topic here, so I hear warnings of.

Would I be allowed to post my testimony back into the Catholic Church regardless?

Thanks!
God Bless!

You might want to send a message to the moderator of this forum (Thomas Casey), and ask him.

I’d be interesting in reading it, but doubt it will make it past the censors.

Welcome back! 🙂

Could someone please define “sedevacantism,” 🤷
I’ll try…

It is a group that believes that “the chair is empty” and we really have not had a pope for awhile. I don’t know the details and really don’t want to know. (they don’t accept the legitimate authority of the Church.)

I pray for unity in the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic Church, and for the Church to become stronger in His grace, with all of us cooperating.

I’ve posted part of a post about sedevacantism:

Thank you…The group sounds like a bunch of “nuts” :whacky:

Why not try writing a blog since it is a banned topic. I myself have never heard the term and your experience sounds like it would make for an interesting discussion. If you do begin a blog, you can count me as one of your readers.🙂

Yeah it is.

Sedevacantists believe in the Papacy and the primacy and infallibility and all…but…

The principle they base themselves on(which is NOT defined as wrong or right by the Church) is that is a heretic becomes pope, they would immediately cease to be a real pope and become an antipope.
They reject Vatican 2 and the Novus Ordo Mass as heretical, meaning John 23 and Paul 6 and all since in the Throne of Peter are antipopes.
Which, really, isnt a HUUGE deal…except they then say not only is the Novus Ordo rite invalid, that would logically mean that the new rite of ordination is invalid, so most priests and bishops these days would be lay people. Scary.

I realized that a) A church must depose of a heretical pope, which they never did, and b) Vatican 2 is GOOD. The most important thing of this age of the Church. Not heretical.

Ok guys thanks for the tips! I have not gotten a response from the moderator. I think ill go ahead and blog it…

But how do I do it? How do I blog? Didnt even know you could do that.

What isn’t banned here? Oh questions that revolve around “is this a sin” or my husbands cheating.

I don’t see why a testimony of return to the church would be a banned topic even if it deals with an area that is banned. You came back tell us about it! 🤷
