Parallel between history and current events - THE ENEMY UNMASKED by Bill Hughes. I’m only on page 17 (having to do with the fall of the Roman Empire) - but the author is very involved with what he claims are the origins and purpose of the Jesuits - to abolish Protestantism & in the mid-1700s the Pope & clergy attempting to do away with Jesuits and all their very evil deeds (he covers a lot of information in very little space). This is nothing I’ve ever heard and since it continues along religions’ role in history & Bible quotes(to the 1900s), I’m not so sure it’s fodder for Catholics. 1st Edition was 1906; I’m reading the 2nd edition - back cover: America will never recover-book tells who the enemy is, who is aiding them today and how the final scenes (for America) will unfold. My mind is not all that malleable but I don’t want to bite off more than I can chew.
