Am I being scrupulous?

about 25 years ago,after making bad confessions for many years,i made a general confession and tried to confess all my serious sins.now upon examining my conscience and getting ready for easter my mind is flooded with doubts that i might not have confessd the right number of times,or explained the sins properly or if at all.i tried the last couple of confessions of listing some past sins that came to mind now my problem seems to be escalating.thanks your friend in Christ. jim

Yes, it dows appear that you are being a bit scupulous. Let go of it. You have confessed your sins to the best of your ability; now let the Lord take care of you. He will make up for your lack.
