Am I committing omission sins?

Hello, firstly, I apologize for my English writing, since I am Brazilian, even ask for corrections. I have some unsettling doubts about omission sins, needing help. Walking the streets, I see several people putting their lives at risk: cyclists performing dangerous maneuvers on the busy avenue, keeping only one wheel of the vehicle on the ground and the other on the air and men doing madness on the traffic, like staying on the back bus door, putting the fingers in this door, in order to travel for free, unsafely. I was on the sidewalk, looking the stopped bus. Also, people passing by car which can go ahead on the parking, although people got into that car, but I was silent. And people passing behind a bus after getting it out. But can it go backwards? I saw on the news that a person was killed like this, with a car backing up after it got off it. A certain day, I went to a commercial place and saw a man with a speaker, next to a USB drive. Perhaps, there are copied musics in there, earned illegally, are not? I mentioned nothing. Also, I was close to an other person, who could hear what I would say. And when I talk to people? If they say sinful things, what should I say? What about people I am not talking to? What if professors say sinful things, but unrelated to class?

In what situations must I intervene? I need help.

Jesus tells us to focus more on our own faults and how we can improve our decisions rather than focusing on faults of those around us which is tempting but not ultimately helpful

If you have authority over someone, it is your duty to correct them, in a way that will help them do better, in the areas over which you have authority (so, at work, about work things).

With your peers, those who are equal to you:
If it is serious
If you think they do not know
If you think they will listen

You are not expected to run around all over the street correcting complete strangers about they way they move in traffic.
 
Pray to God and ask him to take these burdens from you. You are experiencing temptations and you want to help others, but you have to trust in God to guide you. As the previous posters have said help yourself first(and those you have authority over) so that you are able to help those God directs you to help. Pray so he strengthens you and gives you wisdom. So, if these three conditions are not met, I won’t sin. Is that right?
 
Mine was not a thorough examination of the issue, but they are good general guidelines.

If you are this concerned, then it is probably something you need to discuss with a priest. Either you are overly worried, given your examples, or there is a more serious issue that you are worried about that is not like your examples; either way, the level of your concern indicates that it would be good for you to discuss this with a priest.
 
All right, I really need to contact a priest, but here where I live, the communication is not too easy, at least for me. What may I do?
 
Does the priest where you are greet people as they leave the Church after Mass? You may be able to wait at the end of the line and talk to him then.
 
Good idea. But I was thinking about asking a priest online via email or other media.
 
No, you should ask a priest in person. Your questions are too specific for someone that does not know you. Make an appointment at your parish and ask the priest. Do you think you are scrupulous?
