If one were in Heaven, wouldn’t one have knowledge of that fact? In other words, I wouldn’t have to ask, right?
Well…You would have knowledge in heaven that you don’t have now; thats for certain. The main crux of what im getting at is this…
Say your destined for heaven and nothing can fail that reality; it follows inescabably from that fact that If God knows all things and is timeless, then God knows that you are in heaven and you are with God in heaven irrespective of time, and irrespective of the fact that you are also living an earthly life in the here and now repenting, which is in fact the past to you in the future. Do you get it?

How ever, one flaw has become apparant to me in my arguement. I said in my original post that wouldn’t it be strange if i was looking back on my self as a perfect being, watching me in the here and now. But God also said that he would wipe away all our tears in heaven. This might mean that some aspects of the past will become inaccesible to us. But then again, to go to heaven, would be to overthrow the past sins of our lives. God might still give us access becuase in our new state of being we will not be affected by it, but rather we will give glory to our Father.

Heres something more brain boggling. Remember all those times when you had an errie feeling like somebody was in the room with you (but when you look nobodies there), What if that turned out to be you
(from the future) in the room with you watching you typing words into a primitive computor!!!

Now thats freaky!!!

Or your guardian angel having to take a closer look at what your typing? Perhaps the angel, being as old as they are needs bifocals?

When looking into this realm… all things are possible! Perhaps not provable to the larger populous, but none the less, interesting to explore.

Who said " Some say why, I say why not."?

I cannot remember who it was, that is why I asked.

But, shouldn’t we all say that?
Be cool; im just kidding.

What you say is true. But for the sake of arguement, i can also see the need for critical analysis. I mean…take religion for instance. Why not take parts you like and take the parts out that you don’t like; a kind mixup religion. Why Not? Why not believe that the world is flat contrary to the alleged evidence? I mean, Ive never been into outer-space; how do i know that what i see on tv is just a mockery of outer-space? Did they land on the moon?
Is this world all in my imagination? Am i God? Why not?🙂

I don’t believe all these things mind-you, neither am i mocking you sir. But im just making a point.

Perhaps we can start a new thread about what ought to be the correct basis for accepting any information as true? I think that might be more productive then this thread. What do you think?

Mind, or shall I call you matter?

The ‘why not’ should always be tempered with the rest of our facilities… and only applied where we would like to grow/learn. Meaning: keep an open mind. There is common-sense too.

If you want to start a new thread… we are both saying ‘why not’.
